Score Display on the screen ( If correct the answer will be increment by +1)

Hello!
I have designed a go/no-go task in psychopy by GUI. Can anyone please guide me on how can I display the correct answer on the screen, i.e., if correct, the answer will be incremented by 1. I want to display the result on the screen. Thanking you in anticipation.

Can you provide more detail? It is not really clear what you want to display - the question seems to conflate the answer with the score. (e.g. What is “the result”)?

Think "could a person answer this question, knowing nothing other than what I wrote?"
