Recording all keys, but only counting the first

In a series of 12 practice trials, correct responses end each trial and count towards an accuracy counter, which will later be used to decide whether or not the participant will advance. While a correct response finishes each trial, only the first response should be counted; this is not to say that all subsequent responses should not be recorded and stored. Therein lies the problem.
