Rating scale giving inconsistent output

OS: Win10
PsychoPy version: 1.90.1

Using builder, I created an experiment where I have a rating scale from 0 to 1. For the most part, the output in the csv/excel files is as a number with two digits after the decimal place (example: 0.36, 0.48, etc.), but there are occasionally trials where the output is a number with 12 digits after the decimal place and the number is embedded in single quotation marks (example: ‘0.579998712345’). This seems to happen randomly–sometimes the experiment runs through and there are no trials that yield these long responses, and other times it happens on a handful of trials (and it never seems to be the same trials). I’m not sure why this inconsistency is happening, and whether I can ‘trust’ that the longer responses are valid, given that the resolution of the screen wouldn’t even be able to yield a number with that much precision. Please let me know what other information I can provide for troubleshooting. Thanks!
