Randomising duration of stimuli (images)

I’m trying to set up a brief experiment in which image presentation varies with regard to duration - i.e. number of frames - with a backward mask. i need to randomise the length of presentation.

can i tell psychopy to go to a “Frames” parameter in the conditions spreadsheet and show an image for the number of frames indicated in the randomly chosen cell, and show a mask for a set number of frames after each image presentation?

i’m new to this and i expect it’s not difficult, but can’t find how to do it.

Yes. This works like any other sort of variable you can specify in a conditions spreadsheet. Give it a go.
