Prolific cannot access the pavlovia link

Hi

Prolific has trouble accessing the pavlovia link. The error reported is:

Any ideas why? I have been able to do this before for other experiments without problems. If I run the pavlovia link on my own or if I give it to someone else to run it, they do just fine.

Hi There,

Is there anything custom that you add to your prolific linke? for example a query string that might be formatted incorrectly?

Sorry, this issue is resolved. I pasted the pavlovia experiment page link instead of the link that contains run.pavlovia. Corrected and it works fine. thanks.
