Problem with auditory loops

Hello everyone! As part of a recognition task, I’ve created an auditory loop in which every audio stimulus should be presented once. The problem is that the first stimulus is presented twice, and I can’t understand how to fix it. Can I get some help please?

Please give more details. Is the first stimulus being presented in the first and second iteration of the loop?

How are you setting/playing the stimulus?

When is it being repeated?

The first stimulus is presented in the first iteration of the loop. It is repeated every time the loop starts to play, no matter what is the first stimulus that is being presented (it is randomized).
Print screens showing the setting of the sound trial are attached.
