Please. psychopy doesn't work

OS (e.g. Win10): Win7
PsychoPy version (e.g. 1.84.x): 3.23

i downloaded the psychopy for my computer Window 64 bit. and i opened the program and make a simple thing. i inserted text property that was written ‘Hi’ and impleamented it. but i didn’t work.

dialog box appered but after that, it doesn’t work. i reinstalled many times… please help me.
