Pavlovia undefined experiment designer

Ok, I do not know what is happening without seeing your folder structures/history etc. I think the best thing to do here, is to reset and start again. If you are happy to do this:

  • Close PsychoPy
  • Delete your unwanted repositories from Pavlovia at settings > advanced > remove project
  • Clear your cache on your browser, just to make sure
  • Go to the experiment folder on your computer, and delete the .git folder - .git folders are hidden, so you have to make sure you can see hidden folders in your folder options in Windows Explorer. Also delete the blank text file (its your .gitignore file)
  • Delete all html folders

This will give you a clean slate, and I think you should be ok when you create a new project (if your task is ready to run). I am able to upload your project to Pavlovia with no problems.

@dvbridges, Thanks - I was thinking it wise to reset too, but didn’t know how to.

So, having followed your instructions I have reset and recreated the project. All the old problems have disappeared. However, a new one takes its place. I am receiving the following error:

I have followed the advice you gave on a different thread and checked if my browser (chrome) passes this test, and it does. Has this issue been resolved in some way do you know?

Cheers,
Anthony

Hi @dvbridges,

Just thought I’d follow this up… The ‘readPixels’ error doesn’t happen on a colleague’s Macbook Pro. It runs on both Safari and Chrome. The error still occurs on my Windows 10 laptop using Chrome though. I’ve also tried the classic solution of restarting my laptop which seems to have helped someone else with the same error, yet the error remains for me.

Any thoughts?
