Description of the problem: Our lab has had a study on Pavlovia for 6 months now and have always had the “save incomplete data” toggle checked off without any issues. Back in July 2023, incomplete results stopped saving and don’t consume any credits as they did before. We have checked the file repository and there is no sign of the data being saved there or when we download the study data onto our PC. We have seen other forums of people having a similar problem with all their data (including complete surveys) however have not seen this issue with incomplete data.
