I’ve just started running my study online on Pavlovia (in running mode) and I’m having an issue with the participant data. Out of 12 participants, only one data file has been saved. Two other data files appear to be in the data folder, but they are empty. With regard the other 9 participants, there is just nothing showing at all. The log file is empty also.
I’m not sure what to do, as when I have tested it myself (in running mode, from Pavlovia) the data saved fine. Can anyone please give me some tips on what might have gone wrong? And is there any way for me to recover the files?

the participants are showing as completed on prolific, so I am assuming they completed the study

the appropriate amount of credits have also been consumed on Pavlovia.
