No data, no incomplete results, no logs, online

URL of experiment: Idioms_Experiment [PsychoPy]

My experiment is hosted on Pavlovia and created in PsychoPy.

Some participants report that they have completed the experiment, however their results are not visible in the data files on Pavlovia (I used save in CSV. and save in database option).

Additionally, I do not see incomplete results, even though the option “save incomplete results” is enabled in the experiment settings.

Why are incomplete results not saved despite the option being enabled?

I also cannot find the corresponding log files for those participants.

The data is saved easily and properly when i run it on my device, but online only 2 results were saved instead of 8.

This tip might help. Do you ask participants to press escape?

Unfortunately, this desire has encouraged a bad habit of leaving the final message on screen and then pressing the escape button to exit. While data is saved locally after escape has been pressed, until recently microphone recordings were not.
