Hi all,
I am trying to run an fMRI experiment which includes the presentation of a movie. During test phase the script works fine, but when it is runs in combination with MRI acquisition (Scan Mode) the movie starts to freeze every couple of seconds. At first I tought that it might depend on the synchronization with the scanner but, when I removed the call to launchsan, the problem remained.
What is strange is that the movie is displayed without any lag as soon as the MRI acquisition is blocked.
Does anybody ever had the same issue?
The acquisition parameter are TR = 1.6 sec, Totale Volumes = 120. The backend used for movie presentation is moviepy. Operating system is Windows 10, equipped with an Intel i3 and 4 GB RAM.
