Is it possible to present stimuli that resembles those patterns in Psychopy?

I’m not familiar with these illusions but from a quick Google they look doable - try making some 
Grating components and varying the parameters to see how you get on.
If these are commonly used illusions it may actually be worth looking through the experiments on pavlovia.org to see if someone else has already created and uploaded them. If not, you could make a minimal example experiment and upload it with visibility set to public for others to use!
