Description of the problem:
When I tested a program with local debug mode, the web browser showed an error page stating: "localhost didn’t send any data."
The only way to address this issue is to restart computer. I have this issue after upgrading to PsychoPy 2022.1.1.
I have tested different programs with MacOS (12.2.1) and Windows 11. The issue seems to be quite general.
