URL of experiment: butterflies_may22 [PsychoPy]
Description of the problem: I’ve followed the instructions at Media formats suitable for online studies — PsychoPy v2022.1.4 for generating my video files, and they seem to play okay offline. However, online I am getting an error TypeError: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading ‘play’). This seems to be linked somehow to the loop behaviour - it works fine if I hard code specific mp4 files to load but doesn’t like loading the filenames from the Excel spreadsheet. If anyone has any ideas what might be going wrong, I’d be very grateful! Many thanks.
