Issue with 2-minute Video in PsychoPy Routine - Experiment Stutters after 1st Minute

Hello everyone,

I am currently working on a PsychoPy experiment that includes a routine with a 2-minute long video. In the original video file, the first minute features a character talking with sound and visuals, while the second minute consists of a black screen. However, I am encountering an issue when running the experiment. Once the first minute (with sound and visuals) is over, the experiment seems to get stuck and starts stuttering, even though the original video file is actually 2 minutes long and has not yet finished playing.

I would greatly appreciate any insights or suggestions on how to resolve this issue. Are there any specific settings or configurations that I should check or modify to ensure the video plays smoothly for the entire duration in the experiment?

**Additionally, if I press the space bar during the first minute, then the experiment moves to the next routine without a problem, but if I press the space bar as soon as the first part of the video is over (the picture, and the sound, before the black screen) then the experiment freezes and stutters.

Please show us the structure of your routine.
We lack some critical information. For example, How do you stop the video from playing? What exactly is the black screen you mentioned? What changes when the video stop playing?
A Minimal, Reproducible Example could be helpful.
