Is python and all necessary libraries reinstalled during an update?

Wondering whether updating PsychoPy to newest version also reinstalls python and all of the necessary libraries.

If you are using the standalone version, any needed updates to other libraries will also be done. Unchanged libraries won’t be affected. The Python version bundled with PsychoPy won’t change very often.
