Does anyone know what could be the cause for this type of error considering I did not release any reserved credits and is it possible to retrieve the data files from the participants that encountered this error? Thank you so much in advance!
I suspect that your participants started the experiment (possibly only clicking the link to view the dialogue box) and then got distracted and came back to it much much later…possibly 12 or 24 hours later.
Unless there’s a log file then I don’t think there’s any chance of recovering the data.
