How to calibrate a monitor for stimuli that use a morph file

I’m trying to add a new monitor in monitor center that will be used in experiments where stimuli are morphed (using a morph file on the window). Our setup is a little unconventional: subjects sit in the center of a dome and stimuli are projected onto the inner surface of the dome using a spherical mirror. For example, see here. My question is about calibrating the projector in order to produce stimuli of predictable size, spatial frequency, etc. on the dome. Is there a recommended or known approach for determining the appropriate values for screen width and distance in the monitor center? Thanks.
