How can I resolve an unhandled internal error

**What did you try to make it work?:follow all instructions on a pptx to begin, The Mac let me set up an experiment but not save it. although signed up for Pavlovia and PSychoPy back and forth

Then I switch to an OpenOffice PC where I installed Psychopy but it did not open at all. So I returned to the MAc.Finally mange to Enable Keyboard control but still same error:

Where is your experiment saved? Make sure it’s in a document area

Thanks for your reply. The error occurs when I try to save it. I can´t get beyond that.

You need to change the folder you are saving to.

Thank you, this was helpful. I uninstalled and reset the whole thing, established a folder for my experiments. This was not mentioned in the error-message nor the Youtube-Video by Jason and not in the .pptx I found in your recommendations. They just mentioned the `run´ button and I didn´t transfer my knowledge from R. Sorry and thanks for your support
