Firstly thanks for all the hard work you’ve been putting in getting things up and running again!
Just a quick question - I’ve just created a new experiment and looking to run it but my account is saying I have no credits (I do) so I cant run the experiment. Is this something that will be resolved with the final merge tomorrow?
Never mind I’m now getting the open science link which wasn’t coming up before!
Regarding credits, to reduce the merging effort, we turned off the use of credits while using this temporary dual-server setup and everything is currently running without the option to buy credits but also without credits being consumed. Tomorrow morning the server will be offline for a brief period (probably a couple of hours from 7am) while we perform the final merge and when we bring it back online the whole system should be back to normal - all data on the one server and normal tracking of credits etc
