get.Duration() on Pavlovia

Hi, I use Builder View, so I’ll apologize in advance that my coding knowledge isn’t very high.
I’ve been unable to get get.Duration() to work on my desktop since I uploaded the newest version. I’m wondering if there is a quick way to just code it in online on Pavlovia? It’s a bit time sensitive - I’m trying to run this experiment before the school year is over, so I would really appreciate some explicit directions. Thanks.

Hi @Lindy_Comstock, what duration are you trying to measure in your task?

Thanks @dvbridges - I have a cross-modal priming experiment where my written target should show up after my auditory prime. I originally used get.Duration() to automatically calculate the duration of audio prime.

Thanks. @Lindy_Comstock, have you tried sound.getDuration()? I think your dot is in the wrong place.

Sorry, typo. What I have is this: $prime.getDuration() + 30. “prime” is the label on my excel sheet with all the primes. + 30 because I’d like a short pause before it starts
