Finding Parallel Port Address

Hello,

I’m setting up an experiment where I’ll be collecting Skin Conductance Responses (SCR) through BIOPAC. I’ve imported the parallel function from psychopy, but I’m a little confused about how to specify the address. I’ve looked online but and still a little confused as to how to select the right one from my PC.

Hi,
how I understand it, there are common adresses used for parallel ports. I used a parallel port to send trigger to an eeg system. I specified the port like this:

PARALLEL_PORT_ADDRESS = 0x0378
parPort = parallel.PParallelInpOut32(address=PARALLEL_PORT_ADDRESS)

This worked for me.
