I want to conduct a rather large scale experiment, where participants are being transferred from wualtrics to pavlovia and back. When running the pilot I got some unfinished survey unfortunately. A participant sent me the following error message:
Any idea what this means? And how I can prevent this from happening?

Is this from participants who fail to get to back to Qualtrics?
Do you have any End Experiment code?
Do you have periodic saving turned on?
this is from participants who finish the experiment, but do not get a completion code when finishing in Prolific. That would be the end experiment code. What do you mean by periodic saving? In case participants leave during the experiment, so that things don’t get lost? How does one turn that on in pavlovia?

So are they getting back to Qualtrics?
Periodic saving is more likely to cause this issue than solve it. It is turned on from the experiment page on Pavlovia
Do you have any code components in your PsychoPy experiment with code in the End Experiment tab?
