Error in movie stim

Hi everyone, I’m trying to create a project where I use one video as stimuli. I used the movie component to show the video. The experiment run ok untill the vidio is the next stim, then the screen freezes before video starts.
As the video format, I was using .wmv then I tried whit otherone in format .mp4 but the problem was still there.

The error that the program throws me is:
WindowsError: exception: access violation reading 0xFFFFFFFF

OS: Win10
PsychoPy version : 1.82.01-win32

I hope I can make myself understood, and someone has an answer for this issue.

Hi @lisaguizzardi,

I would strongly recommend that you upgrade the version of PsychoPy that you are running. You can download the latest release from here, there have been lots of improvements to movie stimuli since the 1.82 release.
