Dropdown list doesn't have eye trackers available

I am trying to get to create an experiment in Builder that can be linked with an EyeLink eye tracker. Based on step 2 of this page (Communicating with an Eyetracker — PsychoPy v2024.2.2), it seems like, without having any eye tracker plugged in, I should be able to see the list of compatible eye trackers, and click on one. However, when I click on the experiment settings → EyeTracking → EyeTracker device, my only 2 options are None and MouseGaze.

I am experiencing the same issue.

I installed the Tobii Eyetracker Support plugin and psychopy-eyetracker-tobii plugin, then restarted PsychoPy. In the Experiment settings “Eyetracking” tab, the only options displayed for “Eyetracker device” are “None” and “MouseGaze”.

I am using PsychoPy v2024.2.1post4 on Windows 11.
