I am midway through data collection and my experiment is saying that my counter balance is locked? Is there anyway to unlock this? How do I do this? I hope it is an easy fix… any advice would be amazing.

Try deleting the reserved sessions by clicking on the icons next to them and select the shelf entry so you can unlock it.
