Can someone help me with my study design?

It’s an online study but i’m running into a few errors with python and stuff. It’s suppoused to be fairly simple. If anyone can help me out, I’d appreciate it a lot. I can give you my discord/phone number, etc so I can screenshare and show the issue. It’s with coding the animations, as well as setting up the softwares to work correctly. When I install pygame into my python terminal, i still recieve an error saying its not installed.
