Button onset / offset times are not recorded in Pavlovia

Description of the problem:

Hi, I am creating a PsychoPy experiment with a button component in it. I ticked ‘save onset / offset times’ box in data and was able to record the time when running the experiment on my laptop. But when I pushed the experiment online to Pavlovia, the button onset / offset time could not be recorded.

It would be grateful if anyone has an idea why that might happen and how to solve it. Thanks in advance.

Hi Kelly,

The button component is currently not supported online (Status of online options — PsychoPy v2022.1.0) but as an alternative, you can create a clickable image to save the data you need.
