All questions are greyed out and won't accept answers

Hi everyone,

I am sure that there is a simple answer to this but I have gone around for a while now. All my questions are not accepting answers. I have done a few surveys and not had this so I must have selected a global setting but I cannot for the life of me see what.

Hi everyone,

In case anyone else gets this - at some point I had switched to read-only in the general tab. I have no idea when and I was tearing my hair out!!
