Adding an account to a licence from a different domain - possible?

Hi, does anybody know if it possible for someone to create an account on our licence using an email from a domain other than our own? We would like for a collaborator of one of our researchers.to have an account, one who is based at another institution.

If your researcher has a licenced experiment then their collaborator could be added as a developer and be able to view/edit/pilot. I think that only the owner can change the experiment between inactive, piloting and running.
