URL of experiment: Pavlovia
Description of the problem: I am running this online experiment and it has worked up fine so far. However, yesterday a participant completed the test and I could not access their answers. They assured me they saw the message of “Thank you for your patience” in green, and I can see a session on the “aborted sessions”. Up until now it has never given me any problems downloading incomplete results but now I cannot get this participant’s data.
Is there a way to see all the data in the aborted sessions? Is this a common problem? If so, what can I do to avoid it?
