Survey version 2024.2.0 fails to run logic/expressions

I’ve just gone to reopen a survey that was used last year and found as I tried to run it none of my logic and expressions were working. (The survey has some very basic skip to survey complete logic and then a dynamic end URL based on a Boolean question, Survey ID: #bdd13759-88ed-4569-b48b-1b51bac0675d.)

I noticed I now have two choices of ‘survey version’ when running the survey:

in 2024.2.0 none of the functionality works, but running it in 2024.1.0 the functionality returns.

So I suppose I have solved my own problem, but I was wondering if anyone could explain why this is the case?

I have tried other surveys I own with similar set ups and the same is happening, so it is not isolated to just this survey.

I would also like to know the answer to this question - is logic not supported in the new version of the survey version? Is it an alpha? Am I missing an obvious post somewhere?

2024.2.0 supports multiple blocks, which has broken other aspects. If you have a single block survey then 2024.1.0 is probably still the best option at the moment. Bug fixes are on their way, so please test again when a new version has been deployed.

Thanks for the answer. I’ve been trying to fix the problem as the post above suggests - by changing the version back to the old version on the Overview screen. However, the change only takes as log as I have that screen open. I can’t see a button to save settings or anything like that, and as soon as I close the browser tab for the survey, it defaults back to 2024.2.0. Am I missing something obvious here?

There is no difference in the survey itself – the only difference is the link you use to launch it.
