Hello, I hope that you are doing alright. I’m facing the same issue, with the only difference being that participant data is saved in full if the participant completed the experiment on the researcher’s device. However when the participant completed the experiment on a separate device, the csv file for that trial is either lost or empty. I would greatly appreciate your guidance.
