Pynetstation (egi) with python 3

My guess is that EGI (pynetstation) isn’t working on Python3 and, so far, I haven’t managed to get the PsychoPy3 release to compile properly on Python2.7

Yes, it looks like that external dependency (which doesn’t seem to be actively maintained any more) has issues under Python 3. Until someone shows the egi library some love, it might be best to stick to Python 2.
