I see that this has happened before with no clear solution.
Yes, I usually have an external mouse attached. Makes no difference.
Like I said, it didn’t use to happen.
I believe its a combination of a non-standalone psychopy (got it thorugh pip anaconda) and the recent windows updates.
I was able to fix this & a slew of other strange issues by getting a standalone psychopy version and not using the one through anaconda.
Hi,
Using Builder, I’m trying to build a loop around my trial, which has 4 routines. For some reason, the end of the loop always defaults to being after the 3rd routine. Has anyone else had this problem? I am new to PsychoPy, so I apologise if I’m missing something obvious.
I have tried using different numbers of routines, and as soon as I have more than 3 routines, the loop automatically ends after the 3rd, no matter where I click. I can change this manually in Coder, so it seems to be a Buil…
OS : Windows 10 64bit
PsychoPy version: 2020 1.3
Standard Standalone? (y/n) Yes
What are you trying to achieve?:
I am trying to insert a loop into my experiment but the position of the loop insert point keeps glitching (see video). It ends up placing the end of the loop at an arbritary point, not where I wanted it. I have had this problem on both a Surface Book 2, and Surface Pro 3. Is it some touch screen error?
What did you try to make it work?:
I tried different computers and updated …
For now I would try the solution of adding the routine into the loop after it has been created, or try adding a final routine so you are never trying to loop to after the final routine.
