Can PsychoPy run on Mac OS 12?

I just downloaded PsychoPy v.2022.1.1 (standard standalone) onto my 13-inch M1 MacBook Pro running OS Monterey 12.2.1 (Memory 16GB). Whenever I tried to run a demo programme or the first Hello World program I created, Python crashed and I came across the following error message. Is there anything I missed in the installation process?
