Need help identifying code for MRI trigger in launch_scan

Hello, I am trying to code an fMRI experiment where there is a trigger, then a sequence of sound and rest. I would like to base it on this launch_scan code, but the code has aspects I don’t need (a GUI, a counter, etc…) and I am very new to coding so I am trying to understand which part exactly represents the actual trigger. Thank you very much for your help!

This demo illustrates using hardware.emulator.launchScan() to either start a
real scan, or emulate sync pulses. Emulation is to allow debugging script timing
offline, without requiring a scanner (or a hardware sync pulse generator).
