How to record a speech in psychopy? My microphone does not work

I’m having the same problem, found in several different posts:

Trying the same demo on a PC (Windows 10 Pro) It run smoothly once, but then upon being re-run (several times) it started to generate this apparently infinite loop: [MicDemoProblem_psychopy] Rebooting the PC did not help… Thanks again

Libraries error running experiment

Hi, I am setting up a new task on the Builder and encountered the following error (see below). I tried on a different Mac (on which I usually run Psychopy) and I get the same error, but it seems to run ok on a Windows. Interestingly, it was running ok for a while until the error suddenly appeared. It does not seem to be related to any of the routines I added towards the end, as it persists even when I delete them all and simply keep a single routine with a text message.
