This might do the trick New web app. VESPR Study Portal You will need the advanced features to set a maximum number of participants.

For a simple participation limit you just need the incremental participant number and some code in the experiment to stop participation once it exceeds 62. You could just use my original tool https://moryscarter.com/vespr/pavlovia.php
