I am attempting to create an experiment with 200 trials. But I want to 5 trials at a time and after that 5th trial I want a prompt to show up to test their knowledge. So 5 trials 1 Prompt and i want this process to continue until 200 trials are over and 40 prompts are done. Can i do this with one trial routine and one prompt routine. Or do i need to have a seperate prompt and trial routine for every single one. Or can i tell the program to read the first five and introduce the prompt and then read the next five and introduce the next prompt?

How can i insert a break midway through a set of 4 repeats?

I have a routine that on the outer loop does 4 reps at random selection from csv file. I need to pause after 2 reps for a break screen to show. once a key is pressed the routine continues with remainder 2 reps. I am very new to psychopy builder and code in general. I am at a loss of where to start. I tried to set up 2 routines with 2 reps each and in between put in a pause routine, but then i lost the randomisation in the second loop as it repeated some selections. [Screenshot 2020-03-06 at 1…
