# Unspecified javascript error\*

Description of the problem:  
Hi,  
I build an experiment that include a rating with slider and it work smoothly offline. When i try to pilot it in pavlovia the first block working good but the in the second block an ‘unspecified javascript error’ massage appears and stuck he experiment.

Any help would be much appreciated

Hi,  
I have read the crib sheet adapting to 2021.1.3 version.  
Unfortunately I am steel stuck with the unspecified java script error.

I would like to any help

Does the error occur when it reaches the slider? I find I need to select Light and Dark themes in the slider in 2020.2.10.

There is two blocks with a slider. The first block with the slider working perfectly but the second block stuck with javascript error.

The different betweem the sliders is that in the first block there is no ticks and lables and in the seconed block the ticks and the lables is (6,24). In addition the position in the seconed block is (0,-0.3).

I’d recommend that you try setting all of the second slider components as the same as the first and then reset them to what you want one by one until you identify which one is causing the issue.

What else do you have in that routine? A common cause of this error is a component with a size of less than .5 pixels.
