# Unknown Resources error for excel files

Description of the problem:

Hi, I have been trying to launch my experiment in Pavlovia, but I always get an “unknown resource” error for any images or excel files… All images and Excel files are already in the resources, and I also tried to clean up and re-upload the whole new experiment. Could I get some help regarding this issue?  
I’m using Psychopy v.2021.2.3.

You have an html folder.
