Try uninstalling the previous version first.

Psychopy encountered an internal problem with Pavlovia

Thank you so much for your advice! Unfortunetly, I couldn’t find a folder called .psychopy3/ on my computer. However, it seems like we can find hidden files here! Finder > Go > press option or alt key (to show Library) > Library > Preferences and I deleted a file called org.opensciencetools.psychopy Then, somehow it started working! Also on the PsychoPy Builder, instead of logging in from the Pavlovia.org button at the top of the screen, it works better if we log-in from the Builder menu!! …
