# Unable to change status to ‘Running’ with my account

Description of the problem: I can’t change the status of new experiments to “running”. This is not because there is already a “lib” folder (like here: [Unable to change status to 'Running'](https://discourse.psychopy.org/t/unable-to-change-status-to-running/27335)). In fact, when making the experiment within a group, other group members are able to change the status, so I fear there is something in my account that prevents this.
