The Pavlovia link is not working due to an "ERR_CONNECTION_RESET" error

Hi,

I’ve started an experiment in Pavlovia. Some of the users reported that they couldn’t run the experiment due to the error “ERR_CONNECTION_RESET”. At the same time the experiment works for other users. Has anyone encountered this problem? What could be the reason for this?

Might those participants be using a VPN?

We’ve already tested with the VPN turned on and off. And also tried to follow the link in incognito mode. It hasn’t helped yet.

Are there any commonalities about the participants with the error, compared with those without? Device, browser, OS, location, etc.?

What version of PsychoPy are you using?

Does it happen at the very start, when clicking on a run.pavlovia link?
