Survey error in file

Hello
I’m getting this error message saying something is missing but nothing is (attaching the file).

ValueError: Item -12349872349873in items file ‘surveys\PID5_hebrew.xlsx’ is missing a required value for its response type. Permitted types are {‘choice’, ‘slider’, ‘rating’, ‘radio’, ‘description’, ‘free text’, ‘heading’}.

Did anyone get this error?

I know this is ages ago, but I just had the same problem and solved it, so replying for future people - save the file as .csv (UTF-8)!
