# Saving incomplete responses

Hi, I’ve a survey that is running at the moment and have been told that in order to save incomplete responses that I need to change to version 3.0. I can do that fine but whenever I refresh the page or log back in it has reverted to V2 and incomplete responses are not being saved. Any ideas on how to fix?

[https://run.pavlovia.org/pavlovia/survey-2024.3.0/?surveyId=51ea30f9-d249-42a9-a1c5-3800408b9741](https://run.pavlovia.org/pavlovia/survey-2024.3.0/?surveyId=51ea30f9-d249-42a9-a1c5-3800408b9741) will run a survey as 2024.3.0 and should save incomplete responses if you have selected that option.

Do you know if I can set a redirect on the first page of the survey to redirect to the V3 link? As the survey is running the old url is already out there.
