How to install PsychoPy 2022.1.4 on Ubuntu 22.04

Hi everyone, Ubuntu 22.04 comes with Python 3.10 and I could not - for the life of me - make it work with PsychoPy 2022.1.4. So, the “solution” I found was to install Python 3.9, since they seem to like each other.
