I am very very new to PsychoPy. I have a rating scale. However, I will be using this with school aged children. The box that says “click line” will prompt them to click in the box, which freezes the screen. I can warn them, but they are kids…
I know I can change the words by entering acceptPreText=“seconds” in the custom tab. However that supersedes everything else and changes my rating scale entirely (location, style, numbers, etc). Is there another way to change the text in the box. I do want the box to display their choice, so I don’t want to hide the box completely.
